amending Decree No 186 / 2017 Coll., laying down forms for the commitment to cover the costs of consular protection and claim forms
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides pursuant to § 29 (4) of Act No. 150 / 2017 Coll., on Foreign Service and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Foreign Service):
Decree No 186 / 2017 Coll., laying down forms for the commitment to cover the costs of consular protection and claim forms for reimbursement of expenditure, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "the relevant Regulation 'are replaced by the words" the relevant Regulations'.
2. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Council Directive (EU) 2019 / 997 of 18 June 2019 establishing an EU replacement travel document and repealing Decision 96 / 409 / CFSP 'is added to the separate line.
3. The words "and Article 5 (3) of Council Directive (EU) 2019 / 997 of 18 June 2019 establishing an EU replacement travel document and repealing Decision 96 / 409 / CFSP 'shall be inserted after the words" repealing Decision 95 / 553 / EC' in Annex No 1 to Part A and the title of Part B..
4. In Annex 2, the words "and Article 5 (3) of Council Directive (EU) 2019 / 997 of 18 June 2019 establishing an EU replacement travel document and repealing Decision 96 / 409 / CFSP 'shall be added to the heading after the words" repealing Decision 95 / 553 / EC'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 8 December 2025.
