amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related acts, as amended
According to § 96 (a) and (k) of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname, and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 352 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 419 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 485 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 315 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 417 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Zlinsky region, in the column "Community of extended application ', point 10. The following point 3 is inserted in the column" Valašské Meziríčí', in the column "Matriční úřičí ', in point 4." Krha. "
Points 3 to 6 shall be renumbered as points 4 to 7.

Transitional provision
Matrix forms issued under existing legislation may be used from the date of entry into force of this Decree until 31 December 2015 at the latest, provided that the amendments referred to in points 3 and 4 of Article I are indicated.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
