DECLARATION
of 12 December 2008
on the scope, structure and dates for the submission of data on the status of claims on repayable financial assistance, equity and securities held by the State and with which they are responsible
According to Article 36 (4) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
This decree regulates the scope, structure and dates for the submission of data on the status of claims on repayable financial assistance, equity and securities held by the State and with which the administrators of the chapters, the Ministry of Finance ("the Ministry ') are responsible.
(1) Chapter Managers shall submit to the Ministry in electronic form:
(a) information on the status of the claims on repayable financial assistance, equity and securities for the first, second and third calendar quarters within 30 days of the end of the relevant calendar quarter;
(b) data on the status of claims on repayable financial assistance, equity and securities for the previous calendar year by 20 February of the following calendar year.
(2) The data referred to in paragraph 1 (b) shall be accompanied by an extract from the master book and from the analytical accounts by the administrator of the chapter, namely the synthetic and analytical accounts of claims on the financial contributions granted, equity and securities in accordance with other legislation1) of the reported facts.
The structure of the data submitted by chapter administrators to the Ministry is set out in Annex 1 for quarterly summaries and Annex 2 for annual summaries.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
