on the announcement of a change to the frequency band allocation plan
The Czech Telecommunications Authority announces that according to § 56 paragraph 7 of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, as amended, it has announced an amendment to the allocation plan for frequency bands.
According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Authority published this amendment to the frequency band allocation plan in the Telecommunications Bulletin on 14 July 2004, in the amount 7, in the normative section "A 'under point 135. The change to the frequency band allocation plan took effect on that date.
