GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 November 2001
amending Government Decree No. 138 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of Constitutional Agents of the Czech Republic
The Government orders the implementation of § 2 paragraph 1 (g) of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll.:
In § 1 of Decree No. 138 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of Constitutional Agents of the Czech Republic, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 2 and the following point (c) is added:
"(c) the Minister of Justice."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
