DECLARATION
of 3 November 2025
amending Decree No 528 / 2005 Coll., on physical safety and certification of technical means, as amended
According to § 33 (d) and (f) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended by Act No. 255 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2024 Coll.:
Decree No. 528 / 2005 Coll., on Physical Safety and Certification of Technical Devices, as amended by Decree No. 19 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 454 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 204 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 13 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No. 392 / 2024 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 7 (1), the words "which is" shall be replaced by the words "which is," after the third sentence, "the sentence" Authorisation to enter the security area of the category Reserved or higher or to the negotiating area may be given to a person who has access to classified information under Paragraph 58 (1) of the Act. 2. In Annex No 1, point 2.1.3, the words "Leaky holes need not be secured by certified mechanical means when the lower edge of the leaky hole meets the following requirements' are replaced by the words" Windows and other leaky openings may not meet the requirements of the safety class RC 2 and may not be secured by certified mechanical means with a minimum SS3 = 2 value if the lower edge of the leaky hole meets the following requirements'.
3. In Annex 1, point 14.3.1, in the table, the row:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
