DECLARATION
of 29 November 2021
on the determination of animal species requiring control
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 68 of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended by Act No. 59 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 314 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 364 / 2021 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 2 (p) of the Act:
Species of animals requiring control
The species of animals requiring regulation are:
(a) Nile geese (Alopochen aegyptiacus),
(b) Northern raccoon (Procyon lotor),
(c) common mink (Neovison vison),
d) River nutrition (Myocastor coypus),
(e) raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides),
(f) musk ondatra (Ondatra zibethicus).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
