laying down the documents for selection, the procedure for selection and the model of the personal questionnaire of the applicant for the profession for the service of the professional soldier
According to Article 4 (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
§ 1
Documents for selection
A citizen seeking employment (hereinafter referred to as "the tenderer ') shall attach to the application for employment the following documents:
(a) the education achieved, the knowledge acquired in foreign languages, the specific skills acquired or a copy of such documents;
(b) an affidavit stating that he or she is not or will not be a member of a political party, political movement, trade union organisation or a member of the statutory or supervisory bodies of legal persons engaged in business activities, with the exception of membership of the statutory or supervisory bodies of non-building housing cooperatives set up to manage the housing fund and legal persons and the organisational bodies of the State of which the Ministry of Defence or another administrative office is the founder or founder;
(c) an affidavit stating that he does not, or will not, pursue a gainful activity on the day of the occupation or an application for approval of the gainful activity under the Law on Occupational Soldiers;
(d) an affidavit stating that it does not support, promote or sympathise with a movement which is demonstrably aimed at suppressing the rights and freedoms of a person or declares a national, religious or racial hatred or hatred against another group of persons;
(e) confirmation of the duration of the previous employment or the duration of the previous service;
(f) a completed personal questionnaire, a model of which is set out in the Annex.
Selection procedure
§ 2
The service authority shall concentrate and evaluate the documents submitted. Where the documents are found to be incomplete, tenderers shall set a reasonable time limit to supplement them. In the selection, the service authority shall include the tenderer who has submitted all available documents in accordance with Section 1.
§ 3
(1) The selection shall assess the applicant's competence for the performance of the service of the professional soldier, in particular the fulfilment of the qualification preconditions (4), physical fitness, health and mental fitness for the intended professional classification. Physical fitness shall be demonstrated by the candidate during the physical examination. Psychological competence is determined by psychological examination and motivation interview. The medical fitness of the applicant shall be assessed in accordance with the specific legislation on medical fitness for military active services5). After evaluation of all criteria, the most appropriate candidate is selected. An interview shall be held with the candidate who has been selected for the intended service assignment.
(2) If it is found during the selection that the tenderer is not eligible for the service of an occupational soldier, the selection shall be terminated.
(3) The result of the selection and medical assessments shall be sent by the service authority to the competent regional military headquarters.
§ 4
Where a candidate is eligible for the service of an occupational soldier and has been selected, the service authority shall draw up a final report. The final report shall be the basis for the decision on the profession of applicant for service and shall contain the information provided for in the specific legislation, (6) a statement of the applicant's consent to the information given in the final report, indicating the date and its signature. The service authority which drew up the final report shall submit the report and the other documents provided for to the service authority which shall be entitled to decide on the profession of candidate for service.
§ 5
Repeal
Decree No. 261 / 1999 Coll., laying down the procedure for the call for applications, is hereby repealed.
§ 6
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
