DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 27 August 1992
on exemption from import duties on sugar beet and flax seeds
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 44 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll., as amended, provides:
The following goods shall be temporarily exempt from import duties:

| 5301 10 001 | Len surový nebo máčený |
| 5301 21 003 | Len lámaný, nebo potěraný |
The goods referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be exempt from import duties if they have been imported before 31 December 1992.
This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication and shall expire on 31 January 1993.
