Pursuant to Article 17 (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, Decree No. 3 / 1990 of 25 October 1990 amending and supplementing Decree No. 1 of 19 January 1983 issuing a ministerial list of employment for retirement purposes in the first and second categories of employment, as amended by Decree No. 1 / 1987 of 21 July 1987, No 1 / 1988 of 22 April 1988 and No 4 / 1988 of 17 November 1988.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 November 1990 and shall apply to staff of organisations within the competence of the Ministry of Construction and Construction of the Czech Republic and to staff of local construction organisations managed by national committees in the Czech Republic.
The proceeds were published in the Czech MVS News, the amount 23 / 1990 and can be seen in this Ministry and in all organisations within its jurisdiction.
