Notice from the Federal Ministry of Finance No. 453 / 1990 Coll.

The plot of turnover tax valid from 1 January 1990, issued by Decree No II / 2 - 17 000 / 89 of 28.9.1989 (Reg. in amount 29 / 1989 Coll.), including all amendments and additions, shall be cancelled on 31 December 1990. At the same time, on that date, all individual exemptions allowed under specific decisions of the Ministry of Finance which provide for a turnover tax other than those provided for in the Turnover Tax Act, the Implementing Decree and the Sazebnik of Turnover Tax applicable from 1 January 1991 shall be abolished.

The rate of turnover tax applicable from 1 January 1991 can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and all regional and regional financial administrations.

The plot of turnover tax valid from 1 January 1991 will be sold in the month of December 1990 to state companies Statistical and registration publishing of forms, Market 9, 118 16 Prague 1-Malá Strana a Štatistic and evidenced publishers by the buttons, Štefánikova 2, 891 17 Bratislava.

Orders are accepted and dispatched together with sales are provided exclusively by designated state companies.
