Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down conditions for the protection of health at work
Government Regulation No. 361 / 2007 Coll., laying down conditions of health protection at work, as amended by Government Regulation No. 68 / 2010 Coll., Government Regulation No. 93 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 9 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 32 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 246 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 41 / 2020 Coll., Government Regulation No. 467 / 2020 Coll., Government Regulation No. 195 / 2021 Coll., Government Regulation No. 303 / 2022 Coll., Government Regulation No. 330 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 25a, including the title, reads:
Minimum measures to protect health at work with total physical and local muscle load
Work associated with total physical load and local muscle load exceeding the hygiene limits shall be interrupted by security breaks of between 5 and 10 minutes after every 2 hours from the start of work or by alternating activities or staff. '
Article 2 (27a), including the title, reads:
Minimum measures to protect health at work in conditionally acceptable and unacceptable working positions
Work connected with the occupation of conditionally acceptable and unacceptable working positions for a period exceeding the specified hygiene limits shall be interrupted by security breaks of between 5 and 10 minutes after every 2 hours after the start of work or by alternating activities or staff. ';
3. Paragraph 30 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The work associated with manual handling of the load exceeding the specified hygiene limits shall be interrupted by security breaks of between 5 and 10 minutes after every 2 hours from the start of the work or by alternating activities or staff. ';
4. Paragraph 33, including the title, reads:
Minimum measures to protect health at work
Work related to monotony, as well as work at a forced working pace, shall be interrupted by security breaks of 5 to 10 minutes after every 2 hours from the start of work or by alternating activities or staff. ';
5. Article 35, including the title, reads:
Minimum measures to protect health at work
In order to limit its adverse effects on the health of the worker, the work with a visual load shall be interrupted by security breaks of between 5 and 10 minutes after every 2 hours from the start of the work or the rotation of activities or employees shall be ensured. ';
Amendment of Decree No. 330 / 2023 Coll.
In Article I of Government Decree No. 330 / 2023 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 361 / 2007 Coll., laying down conditions of health protection at work, as amended, points 21, 22 and 30 to 32 are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
