ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 2 November 2020
on the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 444 / 2020 Coll. and the crisis measure published under No 447 / 2020 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for dealing with a crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) and (e) and § 6 (b).

changes
1. Government Resolution of 30 October 2020 No 1113, issued under No. 444 / 2020 Coll., as follows:
(a) in point I, the following point 6 is inserted after point 5:
'6. Participation in a collective action on leave under point VI of this crisis measure; ';
(b) in point II, the following point 14 is inserted after point 13:
'14. Participation in a collective action on leave under point VI of this crisis measure, ';
Point 14 becomes point 15,
(c) in point VI, the words "taking place in the important state interest" shall be replaced by the words "taking action in the important state interest or in significant sports matches or competitions";
2. Government Resolution of 30 October 2020 No 1116, published under No 447 / 2020 Coll., by adding at the end of point (g) the following text:
"and with the exception of sports training carried out by persons in the course of employment, business or other similar activities as preparation for sports events held in the context of competitions organised by sports associations, and sports events which do not comply with point VI of the Government Resolution of 30 October 2020 No 1113, published under No 444 / 2020 Coll., shall be prohibited '.
