GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 November 2009
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the wage supplement for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Regulation No 249 / 2007 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (2) and § 112 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the pay surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Decree No. 249 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 4 (c), the words "who is a beneficiary of a partial invalidity pension 'are replaced by the words" who is a beneficiary of an invalidity pension for an invalidity of the first or second degree'.
2. In Article 4 (d), the words "who is a beneficiary of a full invalidity pension or of a young staff member who is fully disabled and does not receive a full invalidity pension 'are replaced by the words" who is a beneficiary of a third-degree invalidity pension or of a young staff member who is a third-degree invalidity pension and does not receive a third-degree invalidity pension'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2010.
