DECLARATION
of 17 December 2008
amending Decree No 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No 507 / 2005 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides for employment in accordance with § 77 (1), § 78 (11) and § 119 (6) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., as amended:
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No. 507 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 6, the words "protected workshop 'are replaced by the words" job in a protected workshop'.
2. In Section 6 of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "protected workshop 'are replaced by the words" job in a protected workshop'.
3. in Articles 7 (3) (d), 11 (2) (d) and 15 (2) (d), the word "wages" shall be replaced by the words "wages or salaries"; or in accordance with Article 192 (1) of the second sentence after the semicolon of the Labour Code, the term "wages" shall not be replaced by "wages or salaries."

4. in Articles 7 (3) (e), 11 (2) (e) and 15 (2) (e), the words "a sick member of the family for whom the support for the treatment of a family member is due (7)" shall be replaced by "a child or care for them or the treatment of another member of the household for whom the treatment is due (7),"
footnote 7:
"7) § 39 of Act No. 187 / 2006 Coll., on sickness insurance. '.
5. in Articles 8 (1) (b) and 9 (1) (b), the words "associated with mandatory revisions and costs" shall be replaced by the words "mandatory revisions";
6. The reference under the heading of Part Three reads: "(§ 78 (11) of the Act) '.
7. Article 13 shall be deleted;
8. In Paragraph 14, the word "resulting 'is replaced by" overall'.
9. In Section 24, the word "paid 'is inserted after the word" bill'.
10. In Paragraph 26, the word "wage 'is replaced by" wage costs'.
Article 11 (27) and (28) shall be deleted;
12. At the end of § 31, the sentence "The total amount of the contribution under § 24, 26 and 30 shall be rounded up to the whole crown."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
