GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 December 2000
fixing the rate of duty and the tariff quota for imports of beet molasses
The Government mandates, pursuant to Articles 56 (2) and 57 (1) (g) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
§ 1
Goods covered by subheading 1703 90 00 of the Customs Tariff (1) shall be subject to an import duty rate of 6% for a tariff quota of 60 000 tonnes.
§ 2
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty fixed by the customs tariff shall not apply to the goods defined in Article 1 and under the conditions defined therein. 1)
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
§ 4
This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 2000.
