In accordance with Section 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full version No 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and after consulting the Civil Aviation Workers' Union, it issued Decree No 19 439 / 1990- 320 of 10 September 1990 amending and supplementing Decree No 25 080 / 1982- 03 of 12 January 1983 on the provision of air food standards to members of civil aircraft crews in organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Transport (reg. 9 / 1983 Coll.).
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Transport and will be published in the Transport Bulletin.
