GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 December 2023
amending certain regulations of the Government concerning the cancellation of technical vehicles
The Government orders pursuant to § 36 (1) of Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., on public passenger transport services and on the amendment of other laws, to implement § 8 (4) of this Act, pursuant to § 46 (9) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (Forest Act), as amended by Act No. 501 / 2012 Coll., and pursuant to § 14 (8) of Act No. 201 / 2012 Coll., on Air Protection:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the setting of minimum values and indicators of quality and safety standards and the method of demonstrating them in relation to the provision of public passenger transport services
In Article 4 (3) of Decree No 63 / 2011 Coll., on the setting of minimum values and indicators of quality and safety standards and on how they are demonstrated in connection with the provision of public passenger transport services, the words "technical licences of registered road motor vehicles' are replaced by the words" road vehicle registration certificates'.
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the establishment of binding rules on financial contributions to forest management and selected hunting activities
Government Decree No. 30 / 2014 Coll., on the establishment of binding rules for the provision of financial contributions to forest management and selected hunting activities, as amended by Government Decree No. 308 / 2014 Coll., Government Decree No. 51 / 2015 Coll., Government Decree No. 209 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 245 / 2018 Coll., Government Decree No. 297 / 2020 Coll. and Government Decree No. 455 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the last sentence of Article 3 (5), the words "technical pass' are deleted.
2. In Article 3, at the end of the text of paragraph 5, the words "or, if it is a vehicle registered in a road vehicle register, a copy of the vehicle registration certificate 'shall be added.
Transitional provision
The application for a financial contribution pursuant to Article 3 (3) (c) of Decree No. 30 / 2014 Coll. shall be submitted instead of a copy of the technical licence provided for in Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of use of vehicles on the road, as effective before 1 January 2024, in the case of a vehicle registration certificate to an exporting machine.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
