DECLARATION
of 19 December 2013
amending Decree No. 6 / 1991 of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of Borek near Velhartic, Four Cane, Kralický Snežník, Rejviz, In peat and their protection zones, and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buková hill, Kokšín, Lopata, Lipa, Trímanská Rocks, Habřová seche, Žák Hora, Pradad, Dry hill and Deer Bučina, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 6 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of Borek near Velhartic, Four Cages, Kralický Snežník, Rejviz, In the peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buká hill, Kokšín, Lopata, Lipa, Tríman rocks, Habrová Sec, Žákova hora, Pradad, Velké vrůch and Jelý bučina, as amended by Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 432 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 266 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 29 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the words "Kralický Snežník," and the words "and Deer Bučina" are deleted and after the word "Granddad," the comma is replaced by "a."
2. In Article 1 (1), the words "Rabbit Snowman," are deleted.
3. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "Rabbit Snowman," are deleted.
4. in Article 1 (3), point (c) shall be deleted;
Points (d) to (n) shall be renumbered (c) to (m).
5. Annex 3 shall be deleted;
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
