amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal office and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended, and Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Article 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and on the establishment of municipalities with extended competence, and under Article 1a (3) of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the territorial breakdown of the State, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended
Decree No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended by Decree No. 388 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 440 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 13, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority of Valašské Meziříčí, the word ", Krhová 'is inserted after the word" Kladeruby', and after the word "Police 'is inserted the word', Pošická '.
2. In Section 26, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Valašské Meziříčí, the word ", Krhová 'is inserted after the word" Kladeruby', and after the word "Police 'is inserted the word", Pošická'.
Amendment of Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
In Annex No 1 to Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., establishing the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 623 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 513 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 316 / 2010 Coll., the word "Polický 'is inserted in the District of Vsetín after the word" Kladeruby' and after the word "Police '.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
