DECLARATION
of 17 December 2008
amending, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of the basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and board vehicles and fixing the average price of fuel
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.10 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles CZK 3.90.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the employer shall provide the staff member with an allowance in accordance with Section 163 (1) of the Labour Code of at least:
a) 60 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 92 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 12 hours, but no more than 18 hours,
c) 144 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the employer shall provide the staff members with an allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code of the
a) 60 CZK to 72 CZK, if the working trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 92 CZK to 110 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 144 CZK to 172 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 26.30 for motor gasoline 91 octane,
(b) CZK 26.80 for automotive gasoline 95 octane,
(c) 29,00 CZK for car gasoline 98 octane,
(d) CZK 28.50 for diesel.
Decree No 357 / 2007 Coll., amending, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of the basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and determining the average price of fuel shall be abolished.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
