DECLARATION
of 29 January 2021
amending Decree No. 70 / 2012 Coll., on preventive inspections, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to Section 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Health Services Act), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., for the implementation of Section 5 (3) (a) of the Health Services Act:
Decree No. 70 / 2012 Coll., on preventive inspections, as amended by Decree No. 317 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 259 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, at the end of point (e), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) for patients aged 45 to 61 years, the recommendation of a preventive eye examination with an outpatient care provider in the field of ophthalmology at four-year intervals."
2. in Paragraph 3 (2) (a) (3):
"3. verification of the screening of newborn hearing; where this examination has not been carried out, recommendations for its execution, including the submission of information on the health service providers carrying out the examination; ';
3. in Article 3 (2) (a), the words "in indicated cases" shall be added at the end of the text of point 4.
4. In Article 3 (2) (j), the words "early detection of autistic spectrum disorders' are replaced by the words" early detection of autistic spectrum disorders, in the event of a ambiguous outcome of the examination of the recommendations of the control examination for the early detection of autistic spectrum disorders, six months after the date of the first examination '.
5. in Article 4 (1) (b), the words "communication capabilities" shall be inserted after the word "behaviour."
6. In Paragraph 4 (1) (g), the word "knowledge 'is replaced by the word" distinction'.
7. in Article 4 (2) (a), the words "and communication capabilities" shall be inserted after the words "development."
8. In Article 4, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (e) is added:
"(e) the submission of information on the examination of the hearing of the child by a tone audiometry method, including the submission of information on the health service providers carrying out the examination.";
9. in Article 5 (1) (a), the words'; the assessment of the social behaviour of the child and of communication capabilities' shall be inserted after the words' the behaviour of the child ';
10. in Article 5 (1) (b), the words "for girls" shall be deleted;
11. in Article 5 (1) (g), the word "including" shall be replaced by "13 years of age of examination."
12. In Article 5 (1) (k), the words "and the expression on the employment or, where appropriate, study course related to the termination of compulsory education in children of 13 years of age; in the case of persons with disabilities, 'shall replace', at 13 years of age, a statement on the intended course of study 'with a view to limiting the preparation for employment and capacity'.
13. in Article 5 (1), the words "13 years of age" shall be inserted at the beginning of point (l).
14. in Article 5 (2) (i), the word "related," the word "possibly" shall be deleted and the words "in particular if there is no menstruation, and the instruction on the possibility of vaccination against human papillomavirus" shall be replaced by "in case of menstrual cycle disorders."
15. in Article 5 (2) (j), the words "in connection with the termination of compulsory education" shall be inserted after the words "focus" and "competence."
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
