amending Decree No. 47 / 1964 Coll., on Money Services to Citizens
In agreement with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance provides for the implementation of Sections 325 to 344 of Civil Code No. 40 / 1964 Coll. and the provisions of Sections 17 and 22 of Act No. 84 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of the money industry:
Decree No. 47 / 1964 Coll., on Money Services to Citizens, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 34 reads as follows:
"Annual interest rates on loans are:
(a) loans granted for the acquisition of a family house in a supplier's way, for the construction (rebuilding, extension, etc.) of a family house, self-employed, for the composition of a member's share of the building housing cooperative, for a more costly modification of the apartment and for the purchase of a family house by the organisation, not more than 4%;
(b) for other loans granted to citizens, not more than 6%;
(c) for loans outstanding within the time limit in respect of amounts granted by a judicial decision, 7,2%. "
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1965.
