Order of the Minister for Finance
of 29 January 1949
on the compulsory establishment of the checking accounts of local national committees and their mandatory involvement in the audit service of the Postal Savings Bank, a national enterprise.
In an agreement with the Minister of the Interior pursuant to § 43, paragraph 3 of the Act of 21 December 1948, No 280 Coll., on the Regional Establishment of:
Within 15 days of the date of publication of this Regulation, local national committees are required to set up check accounts with the Postal Savings Bank, the National Company and, in their payment transactions, use exclusively the cheques services of that Savings Bank with the exceptions set out in Section 2.
(1) Only minor payments may be made in cash.
(2) Payments for municipal levies and charges and payments for rent from municipal buildings and land are permitted only to be received in cash from local national committees where the collection office of the Postal Savings Bank, the national enterprise is not located.
(1) Daily cash in the local national committee may not be exceeded by municipalities with population

(2) For municipalities with a population above 10.000, daily cash may not exceed the amount which is necessarily required for the most necessary daily payments and normal operation.
Amounts in excess of the cash provided for in Section 3 must be transferred daily to the check account of the local national committee at the Postal Savings Bank, the national enterprise.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
