The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares pursuant to § 3 paragraph 3 of Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other formalities of the prosecutors, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 18 / 2022 Coll., for the year 2024 a salary base of CZK 102 397,50.
