of 29 October 2020
amending Act No. 137 / 2020 Coll., on certain adjustments to the registration of sales in connection with the declaration of emergency status, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 137 / 2020 Coll., on certain adjustments to the registration of sales in connection with the declaration of emergency status, as amended by Act No. 263 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1), "30 September 2020 'is replaced by" 30 June 2022';
2. in Article 1 (2), "31 December 2020 'is replaced by" 31 December 2022';
Transitional provision
The application for authorisation to register sales under the special scheme provided for in Section 11a of Act No. 112 / 2016 Coll., on the registration of sales, as amended by Act No. 256 / 2019 Coll., submitted until 30 June 2022, shall be deemed to have been submitted on 1 July 2022.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day following its publication.
