According to § 17 (4) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended:
Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree No. 55 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 135 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex to Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll. Chapter 2 General rules for the reporting of Part 6 performance The last sentence of the performance carriers shall be deleted.
2. in Chapter 205 - tuberculosis and respiratory disease heading 25213:
"25213 SPIROMETRIES (OBLIGATIONS OF METHODS OF TRANSPORT - OBJECTION)
Measurement at least FVC, FEV1, MEF 25 - 75, FEV%, event. MEF 25, 50, 75. In hospitalization, you can report 1 times per day. It cannot be combined with intensive care treatment days. Frequency limitation: 1 / 1 week, 3 / 1 week for bronchodilation tests, 6 / 1 week for bronchoprovocation tests.
