GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 December 2011
amending Government Regulation No 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of public service and administration employees, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 123 (6) (e) and (f) and § 129 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 80 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Decree No. 74 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 130 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 201 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 381 / 2010 Coll. and Government Decree No. 44 / 2011 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, point (e) is deleted;
Points (f) to (h) shall be renumbered as points (e) to (g).
2. In Paragraph 4 (8), "6 'is replaced by" 5'.
3. In Paragraph 4 (10), "6 'is replaced by" 5'.
4. In Article 5 (4), the words "or is the doctor of the social security authority 'shall be inserted after the words" emergency services'.
Footnote 29 reads:
"29) § 3 (3) of Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation and implementation of social security, as amended."
5. In Paragraph 5 (5), the words "which has acquired a professional qualification under a special legislation 18c) and which has achieved higher education in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree programme ', including footnote 18c, are deleted.
6. Paragraph 5 (6) is deleted.
7. In Section 6, the second sentence is deleted.
8. Article 6a shall be deleted, including the title.
9. In Paragraph 8 (1), "7 'is replaced by" 6'.
10. Annex 5 shall read as follows:

11. Annex 6 shall be deleted;
Annex No 7 to date is renumbered Annex No 6.
12. In Annex 6 to Group I - Work with increased neuropsychological load or other possible risk of health or life risk, the comma at the end of point 3.2 is replaced by a dot and point 3.3 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.
