imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreement of higher degree was imposed on it between 1.8.2005 and 31.10.2005:
Collective contract of a higher degree (dated 16 June 2005 for the period 1 June 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Association of Employers in Forestry.
