CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 27 November 2001
amending Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, as amended by Constitutional Act No. 347 / 1997 Coll., Constitutional Act No. 300 / 2000 Coll. and Constitutional Act No. 395 / 2001 Coll.
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 98 of Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, paragraph 1 reads as follows:
"(1) The Czech National Bank is a central bank of the State. The main objective of its activities is to ensure price stability; only by law can its activities be affected. ';
This constitutional law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following that of its publication.
