DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 11 December 2000
fixing, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of subsistence, the rate of basic refunds for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of average fuel prices
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 8 (1) of Act No. 119 / 1992 Coll., on Travel Refunds, as amended by Act No. 125 / 1998 Coll., ("the Act '):
Food rates
(1) The rates of subsistence provided for in Article 5 (1) of the Act are:
a) 55 CZK to 67 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 85 CZK to 102 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 133 CZK to 159 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
(2) The rate of diet according to § 5 (3) of the Act is 55 CZK.
Basic refund rates for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of basic compensation for 1 km of driving pursuant to § 7 (2) of the Act shall be:
a) CZK 0.90 for single-track vehicles and tricycles,
b) CZK 3.30 for passenger road vehicles.
Average fuel prices
The amount of the average price per litre of fuel according to § 7 (5) of the second law is:
(a) CZK 29.20 for automotive petrol 91 O Special,
b) 29,10 CZK for automotive petrol 91 O Normal,
(c) CZK 29.70 for automotive gasoline 95 O Super,
(d) CZK 32,20 for car gasoline 98 O Super plus,
e) CZK 26.90 for diesel.
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No 333 / 1999 Coll., setting, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of average fuel prices.
2. Decree No. 319 / 2000 Coll., amending Decree No. 333 / 1999 Coll., which, for the purpose of providing travel refunds, sets the rate of food, the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of average fuel prices.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
