GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 December 2023
amending Government Regulation No 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 145 paragraph 1 of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 35 / 2019 Coll.:

1. In Article 1 (3), the words "the 12th grade," shall be replaced by the words "the 11th grade," and "the words" and for which the field of public service (hereinafter referred to as "the service") listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation "shall be deleted, the word" the highest "shall be replaced by the word" high, "and the word" State "shall be inserted after the words" the relevant field. "
2. In Paragraph 1 (3), the last sentence is deleted.
3. In Article 1, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) For the purposes of the procedure referred to in paragraph 3, the service authority may designate not more than 5% of the posts in the service office as key. The limit referred to in the first sentence may be increased by up to 5% on a proposal from the service authority concerned, after approval by the Ministry of the Interior in agreement with the Ministry of Finance. '
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 5.
4. In Articles 2 and 6a (2), "2 'is replaced by" 1'.
5. In Article 6 (1) and (3), "3 'is replaced by" 2'.
6. Annex No 1 is deleted.
Annexes 2 and 3 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 1 and 2.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
