amending Government Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended

The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Government Regulation on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control

Čl. I

Government Regulation No 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active employment and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by Government Regulation No 323 / 2022 Coll., Government Regulation No 329 / 2022 Coll. and Government Regulation No 393 / 2022 Coll., are amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 1, "80 'is replaced by" 40' and "30 'is replaced by" 20'.

2. In Article 5 (2), "26 December 2022 'is replaced by" 25 January 2023';

In Article II (2) of Decree No. 323 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by Decree No. 329 / 2022 Coll., and Decree No. 393 / 2022 Coll., the words "26 December 2022 'are replaced by the words" 25 January 2023'.

Čl. IV

In Article IV (2) of Government Decree No. 393 / 2022 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended, the words "26 December 2022 'are replaced by the words" 25 January 2023'.

Čl. V

(1) This Regulation shall take effect on 26 December 2022.

(2) This Regulation shall expire on 25 January 2023.
