GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 December 2016
on the occupation of soldiers in active duty to carry out tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in the period until 31 December 2017
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
In order to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in ensuring internal order and security in order to protect the lives, health and property of persons in connection with the guarding of the site of the munitions warehouses May is called a maximum of 84 soldiers in active service.
Soldiers in active service carry out tasks under Section 1 under the command of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. Soldiers in active duty shall carry out the duties imposed on weapons and means of enforcement to the extent set out in Section 4.
The Minister of Defence shall designate soldiers in active service, including military equipment and equipment, to carry out the tasks referred to in Section 1.
Soldiers in active service called for the performance of tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 1 have the authority and duties of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic to the extent set out in § 2, 3, 9, 10 to 13, 18, 20, 24 to 27, 34, 34a, 35, 37, 40 to 43, 51 to 59, 62 to 63, 110, 111, 114 and § 115 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 2017.
