determining the range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll.:
This decree, following the directly applicable legislation of the European Community1) regulates the range of foreigners who can reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued.
(1) A stranger who is a national citizen or proves to be a travel document may reside only on the basis of an airport visa in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic

10. The Islamic Republic of Iran,
11. Islamic State of Afghanistan,
12. The Republic of Yemen,
13. The Kingdom of Hashemite, Jordan,
14. the Republic of Cameroon,
15. The Republic of Kazakhstan,
16. The Democratic Republic of the Congo,
17. Kyrgyz Republic,
18. the Republic of Lebanon,
19. the Republic of Liberia,
20. Libyan Arab People's Socialist Jamahiri,
21. the Republic of Malia,
22. The Kingdom of Morocco,
23. the Islamic Republic of Mauritania,
24. Nigeria Federal Republic,
the Republic of Niger,

(2) The alien referred to in paragraph 1 may reside in the transit area of an international airport within the territory of the Czech Republic without an airport visa on the basis of the directly applicable legislation of the European Community2).
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 86 / 2000 Coll., which specifies the States whose nationals may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued.
2. Decree No. 45 / 2003 Coll., amending Decree No. 86 / 2000 Coll., laying down the States whose nationals may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued.
This decree takes effect on the date of the entry into force of Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll., amending Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended, and certain other laws.
