GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 December 2023
increasing the cost of child care services in the child group by parents
The Government orders pursuant to § 6 (1) of Act No. 247 / 2014 Coll., on the provision of a child care service in a child group and on the amendment of related laws, as amended by Act No. 329 / 2021 Coll.:
Maximum amount of reimbursement
The maximum amount of parental compensation for the child care service in the children's group per calendar month is CZK 5 059,84.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 437 / 2022 Coll., on increasing the payment of parental costs for the child care service in the child group pursuant to Act No. 247 / 2014 Coll., on providing the child care service in the child group and amending the related laws, as amended, shall be repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
