GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 December 2016
on the definition of fields of education in which mathematics is the subject of a common part of the graduation examination
The Government mandates pursuant to § 78 (6) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 370 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation sets out the fields of education in which mathematics is the subject of a common part of the graduation examination. The fields of education referred to in the first sentence are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Transitional provision
In the fields of education listed in the Annex to this Regulation in Part I, mathematics shall be the subject of a common part of the graduate examination for pupils who have successfully completed the last year of secondary education with a graduate examination after 30 September 2020.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
