DECLARATION

of 19 December 2013

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve of Bořín and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Definition of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve of Bořín ("the National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territories of Liběšice near Želenice, Chouč and Bílina- Escape. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.

§ 2

Subject matter of protection

National nature reserves are protected

(a) natural forest crops consisting primarily of rubble forests, acidified heat-friendly dunes and duobbles, and low xerophilic shrubs with a rock;

(b) fellowship of the vegetation of moving debris, narrow dry lawns, rock vegetation with fissure and cleft vegetation of silicate rocks and drolines;

(c) the populations of rare and endangered species of alpine starfish (Aster alpinus) and iris aphylla, including their biotopes; and

d) Powerful prepared varicolite, modeled cold ageing processes with high rock walls, rock columns, needles and towers, including crack caves.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);

(b) permit or carry out geological work linked to the intrusion into the territory; or

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
