GOVERNMENT REGULATION

setting the assessment basis for 2005 for the person for whom the general health insurance premium is paid by the State
The Government orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for General Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 138 / 2001 Coll.:
The assessment basis for 2005 for the person for whom the general health insurance premium is paid by the State is CZK 3,556.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005.
