on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 for the 150th anniversary of the birth of Mikolas Alš
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the 150th anniversary of the birth of the painter and illustrator Mikolas Alš, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and 2.30 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the tolerance allowed shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In the mass, the allowed tolerance is up to 0,26 g and in the silver content is up to 1%.
§ 2
(1) The upper part of the coin field is the artistic composition of four stylized heraldic animals from the great state emblem of the Czech Republic. Heraldic animals in unsymmetrically located rectangular areas are embedded in a neoRenaissance plant ornament. Under the end of the ornament at the right side of the coin is placed the decorative initials "A" and under it two grain ears. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in two rows in the lower part of the coin field, the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" is placed left under the name of the state. The author of the front side of the two hundred crown is Petr Pyciak, whose initials, two connected "P", are located at the right edge of the two hundred crown next to the grain ears. The mark of the mint that struck the two-hundred crown is placed at the bottom of it in the middle.
(2) On the back of a two-hundred crown, there is a transcript of the statue of Alš's illustration to the poem K. V. Raise depicting a young man on a horse. At the bottom of the coin field, the main motif of the Alš's signature on the left and the numbers "1852" and "2002" placed below them on the right. The author of the design of the reverse side is Luboš Charvát. The initials of his name, linked by stylized letters "LCH," are placed at the edge of a two-hundredth crown at the left front leg of the horse.
§ 3
This Decree takes effect on 6 November 2002.
