The Constitutional Court ruled on 6 June 2006 in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivan Janů, Vladimir Krórek, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior to repeal the generally binding decree of the city of Red Kostelec 9 / 95 concerning the prohibition of communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda in the territory of the city of Red Kostelka
as follows:
General binding decree No 9 / 95 on the prohibition of Communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda on the territory of the city of Red Kostelec is repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
