GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 November 2003
amending Government Regulation No. 114 / 1999 Coll., laying down for the purposes of the Criminal Act what is considered to be poisons, contagious diseases and pests, as amended by Government Regulation No. 40 / 2002 Coll.
The Government orders the implementation of § 195 paragraph 2 of Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., Criminal Act, as amended by Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll.:
In Annex 2 to Government Decree No. 114 / 1999 Coll., establishing for the purposes of the Criminal Act what is considered to be poisons, contagious diseases and pests, the words "SARS (Severe acute respiratory syndrome) 'shall be inserted under the word" Salmonella'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
