DECLARATION
of 19 December 2013
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll. and under § 79 (4) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 8826 / 76, on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of Bořín, of 10 February 1977.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 9 860 / 76 on the establishment of a protected site Kleneč, dated 1 October 1976.
3. Decree No B-216714 / 48- I / 3 of the Ministry of Education and Arts on the establishment of a natural reservation at the top of Lovoš, dated 16 November 1948.
4. Decree No. 48 988 / 49-IV / 1 of the Ministry of Education and Arts on the establishment of the natural reservation of Špránek, dated 5 April 1949.
5. Decree No. 102.391 / 51-IV / 5 of the Ministry of Education and Arts on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of Milesovka, 25 September 1951.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
