DECLARATION
of 4 December 2009
amending Decree No 537 / 2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended by Decree No 65 / 2009 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 45 (2), § 46 (1), (2), (6) and § 47 (3) of the Act:
Decree No. 537 / 2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended by Decree No. 65 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (a) and (b), the word "seasonal" shall be inserted before the word "flu."
2. The heading of Section 6 reads: "Regular vaccination against seasonal influenza and pneumococcal diseases."
3. In Article 6 (1), the word "seasonal 'shall be inserted after the words" Vaccination against'.
4. The heading of Section 12 reads: "Special vaccination against seasonal influenza."
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
