DECLARATION

determining the names, offices and territorial districts of the Regional Directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 118 paragraph 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
Names, offices and territorial districts of Regional Directorates
The names, offices and territorial districts of the Regional Directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic are set out in an annex to this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2009 and shall expire on 31 December 2011.

Names, offices and territorial districts of Regional Directorates of Police of the Czech Republic
1. Regional Directorate of Police of the City of Prague, based in Prague with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the capital of Prague.
2. Regional Directorate of the Police of the Central Bohemian Region, based in Prague with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the Central Bohemian Region.
3. Regional Directorate of the Police of the South Bohemia Region based in České Budějovice with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the South Bohemia Region.
4. Regional Directorate of the Police of the West Bohemian Region, based in Pilsen with a territorial district defined by the territories of the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region.
5. Regional Police Directorate North Bohemian Region, based in Ústí nad Labem, with a territorial perimeter defined by the territories of the Ústí Region and the Liberec Region.
6. Regional Directorate of the Police of the East Bohemian Region, based in Hradec Králové, with a territorial perimeter defined by the territories of the Králové Hradec Region and the Pardubice Region.
7. Regional Directorate of the Police of the South Moravian Region, based in Brno with a territorial perimeter defined by the territories of the South Moravian Region, the Highlands and the Zlín Region.
8. Regional Directorate of the Police of the North Moravian Region, based in Ostrava with a territorial perimeter defined by the territories of the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Olomouc Region.
