of 21 June 2006

amending Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance to privatise the assets of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund) and Act No. 319 / 2001 Coll., amending Act No. 21 / 1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment to Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., repealing the National Property Fund

Čl. I

In Article 5 (3) of Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance to privatise the assets of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund), the dot is replaced by a comma after the letter (i) and the following point (j) is added:

"(j) to transfer CZK 2 billion to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to support the construction of pension homes."

Čl. V

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
