THE LAW
of 6 October 2005
amending Act No. 72 / 2000 Coll., on investment incentives and amending certain laws (Investment incentives Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 8 of Act No. 72 / 2000 Coll., on investment incentives and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Investment Incentives), as amended by Act No. 453 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 19 / 2004 Coll., paragraph 2 is deleted and the designation of paragraph 1 is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
