issued pursuant to § 39 (3) of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), § 6 (6) (a) and (b), § 7 (5) and § 20 (2) of the Czech National Council Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, Decree No. 2 / 1990 of 12 October 1990 amending and supplementing certain generally binding legislation issued under the jurisdiction of the Czech Mining Authority, the following:
1. the Decree of the Central Mining Office and the Central Geological Office No 1000 / 1962 of 31 January 1962 issuing the Decree on the Management and Addition of Geological Documentation (Reg. in the amount of 42 / 1962 Coll.);
2. the Central Mining Authority Directive No 2200 / 1966 of 1 April 1966 for the establishment of a plan for the disposal of serious accidents in mining activities carried out in a surface manner, except for the surface operations of deep mines (surface emergency directives) (reg. 1 / 1967 Coll.);
3. the mine law of the Central Mining Office, Volume IV, No. 4700 / 1967 of 7 July 1967 List of agreed marks of mining maps (reg. 34 / 1968 Coll.),
4. the mining regulation of the Czech Mining Authority No 700 / 1972 of 31 January 1972 for surface mining of ores and minerals (reg. 26 / 1972 Coll.),
5. the mining regulation of the Czech Mining Authority No 3700 / 1974 of 1 July 1974 for geological exploration and extraction of oil and gas deposits (Reg. in the amount of 6 / 1976 Coll.),
6. the Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No 4600 / 1981 of 23 July 1981 on safety and health at work and on safety of operations for drilling and geophysical works and for the extraction, treatment and underground storage of liquid minerals and gases in natural rock structures (reg. 33 / 1981 Coll. and published in 5 / 1981 Ú. v. ČSR), as amended by the Decree of the Czech Mining Office No 4601 / 1986 of 30 June 1986 (reg. 18 / 1986 Coll. and published in 6 / 1986 Úv ČSR),
7th Decree of the Czech Mining Office No. 12 / 1982 Ú. v. ČSR of 12 October 1982 on safety and health at work and on safety of operation in vertical transport and walking in organisations subject to supervision of the State Mining Administration (reg. 19 / 1983 Coll. and published in 3 / 1982 Ú. v. ČSR),
8. the Decree of the Czech Mining Office No. 4800 / 1986 of 6 November 1986 on mine metering documentation on underground mines (Reg. in the amount 27 / 1986 Coll. and published in the amount 1 / 1987 Ú. v. ČSR),
9. decree of the Czech Mining Office No 900 / 1987 of 24 March 1987 on the mining of coal (Reg. in amount 11 / 1987 Coll. and published in amount 1 / 1987 Ú. v. ČSR),
10th Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No 1009 / 1987 of 10 December 1987 on the tasks of organisations in the sampling of mining air, on the activities of gas analytical laboratories and on their control by the main mining rescue stations (reg. 26 / 1987 Coll. and published in the amount of 2 / 1988 Ú. v. ČSR),
11. Decree of the Czech Mining Office No. 6365 / 1986 of 18 December 1986 on checks, revisions and tests of gas equipment (Reg. in the amount 7 / 1987 Coll. and published in the amount 4 / 1988 Ú. v. ČSR).
The revenue shall be governed by the powers of the authorities and organisations resulting from the abolition of certain bodies of the superior organisation, i.e. the central management articles.
The yield can be seen at the Czech Mining Office and at all district mining offices in the Czech Republic.
The yield shall take effect on 1 December 1990.
