GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Government Regulation No 333 / 2021 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Customs Act in the field of statistics
The Government mandates pursuant to § 70 (2) (a) and (c) of Act No. 242 / 2016 Coll., Customs Act:
Government Decree No 333 / 2021 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Customs Act in the field of statistics, is amended as follows:
1. in Annex No 1, part V, point 2 (a), point 3 (a) and point 4 (a), the amount "20 000 000 CZK" is replaced by "30 000 000 CZK."
2. In Annex No 3, point 1, the amount "12 000 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 15 000 000 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
