DECLARATION
of 26 November 2021
amending Decree No 388 / 2011 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on the provision of benefits to disabled persons, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 37 of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to disabled persons and on the amendment of related laws, as amended by Act No. 331 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll., for the implementation of § 9 (13) of this Act:
Annex 1 to Decree No. 388 / 2011 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the provision of benefits to persons with disabilities, as amended by Decree No. 356 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 409 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 388 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 408 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 57 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in point 3 of Part I, the words "and (n) 'are inserted after the words" to (i)';
2. in point 4 of Part I, "and (j) 'is replaced by", (j) and (n)';
3. in point 5 of Part I, "(d), (i) and (l) 'is replaced by" (d) to (i), (l) and (n)';
4. In Part II, point 3:
'3. Persons with disabilities listed in points 2 (a) to (c) of Part I of the Annex to the Act shall be identified by the following specific aids:
(a) dictaphone,
(b) voice output camera. ';
5. In point 4 (c) of Part III:
'(c) an aid for the transmission of sound; it is a microphone or receiver or a combination thereof, as appropriate.';
6. In point 5 of Part III, the word "visual 'is deleted and the number" 5,5' is replaced by "5,8 '.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
